Al Berry is the President and Chief Digital Risk Officer at Senan Group. He is also accountable for building and leading the Connected Health Risks and Compliance Practice at Senan Group LLC, a life science compliance and digitization company. Al has been in the life sciences for over 25 years and has worked in various capacities in R&D, Development, Manufacturing, Commercial, Information Technology, Risk Management, Data Science and Audits.
Al is currently helping his clients formulate and implement regulatory compliance, security and data privacy (GDPR) for connected devices, IoT, cloud computing and Machine Learning. As part of his practice, Al helps life sciences companies address Regulatory Compliance for the FDA, including GDPR and Cyber Security in a practical yet compliant manner to leverage emerging technologies. He is also leading the implementation of Process Controls for Quality Management, Clinical Data and Trade Compliance.
He is an expert in IT Risk Management, Strategy, and Data Science that understands how to ensure alignment of compliance and business objectives or imperatives. He has designed and implemented Risk Management programs at more than 10 life sciences companies with great success.
